THE SQUAD
Being a team leader with Montana Vet Program isn’t about rank or résumé—it’s about responsibility. Some of us saw combat, some didn’t, but all of us have chosen to carry weight that matters. Out here, what counts isn’t the uniform you wore but the discipline you bring, the courage to step forward when things get hard, and the willingness to guide others through chaos into order. We lead by example, not title—proving that meaning is found in struggle, and strength is forged where comfort ends.
